Industrial/Commercial Lands Survey

An inventory of available commercial and industrial lands greater than one acre in size may be viewed at http://lands.nworegon.org/ , on the Website of the Northwest Oregon Economic Alliance.  The online inventory and database includes sites in Tillamook, Clatsop, and Columbia counties.

In an effort to cultivate jobs, the Economic Development Council of Tillamook County is asking landowners to help identify land suitable for locating new and expanding businesses.

Landowners with property larger than one acre that is zoned for industrial and / or commercial use (regardless of the current use of the property) are asked to complete a brief survey providing basic information about their property. The information gathered may help property owners find buyers and will assist the county and cities in planning appropriately for future industrial and commercial growth.
