ENTERPRISE ZONE INCENTIVES

  • Total exemption from property taxes normally assessed on new plan area equipment (land & some personal property included), for three years
  • Exemption may be extended to five years, depending on wages paid
  • Available for new and expanding non-retail businesses
  • Also available for hotel, motel and resort businesses

ENTERPRISE ZONE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum investment of $50,000
  • Creation of permanent full-time jobs

Long-Term Ground Lease or Sale!

The Port of Tillamook Bay - Comprised of over 1,600 acres of land zoned for industrial use just two miles south of Tillamook, the Port boasts an ever-growing array of businesses. The facility is adjacent to US Highway 101, and sits on a World War II blimp base. Port property is fully served, with parcels of varying sizes available for lease.
 
The Port of Garibaldi - Located on the northern portion of Tillamook Bay, the Port of Garibaldi serves as the base for shrimp and fish processing, as well as commercial fishing and charter boat operations.
 
Multiple Sites Throughout the County - Several other sites are available for sale or lease in Bay City and Tillamook. All sites are close to the railroad and US Highway 101.
